I hope all the teams mentioned here have read the actual instructions on how to apply which is NOT through posting here.

I would hope that Tom would be able to include those mentioned above but missing out because of not following the instructions would be a shame.

Of course he wouldn"t then again why would any Tom just be called Tom. This weekend we will have Irish Tom, Belgium Tom and Scottish Tom just to start with. It would all get very confusing if their names were all just Tom.
