Is BlueSQ running a book on this event, or will that not be practical with the expected late entries?

You"ll be 80/1 whether you"ve entered or not.  Standard Kinboshi Blue Square Odds apply.  ;D

We have around 20 bought in via the APAT site at the moment and Luton have been selling seats at the casino over the last couple of weeks also (we haven"t seen details of number from them yet).

Blue Square will be sending an email to their active poker player and GUKPT list tomorrow and we should pick up some traffic from the EPT event at the Vic as we approach the weekend.

The maximum number of runners is 150 and I have no idea how many we will actually get as this is our first time running an event like this, but it is reg free, has an excellent structure, added value and is being played in a first class cardroom.

Good point.  At 100/1 I"d back myself, but at 80/1 there"s just no value.

I"m gutted I can"t play in this - instead I"m running 13.1 miles in the name of fun.  What is that about?

Good luck to all who are playing, especially Laz.

That wouldn"t be the Great North Run would it Daniel ?

Are you doing it for charity ?

Did you try the debit card option?  Maestro cards have worked previously.

Yeah tried it 2 or 3 times, each time it said it had there has been an error with the security number then when I cancelled it it said "Thankyou for your registration" all 3 times.
I checked with my bank to see if it had gone through a number of times or if at all, they seem to think not.
I want to registered but dont really want to try it again in case they are actully going through.
I have emailed customer services to try and find out whats going on but havnt had a reply yet.
If you could have a look at this for me and see whats going on it would be marvellous.
Cheers

We have around 20 bought in via the APAT site at the moment and Luton have been selling seats at the casino over the last couple of weeks also (we haven"t seen details of number from them yet).

If there were less than 150 say 100/120, would it become a one-day tournament?

There would need to be a lot lot less than 100 players to reduce this to a one day tournament.

I"d also like to know the number of runners as if there aren"t that many I may not play as it is a lot of money to spend. Have bought in direct with money won form last APAT though so technically a freeroll!
