Hi Longbomb,

Goliath tickets can be transferred to other players. Contact customer service, ensure the player you are transferring to has a Grosvenor online account and an alias, you will need to provide your username and alias and theirs.

On that note there are 125 seats being given away from this Sunday, with daily massive satellites and plenty of value. You might need a few bullets to bring down the beast.

cheers, Alex

Hi Alex, can you confirm the correct email address I should be sending to for the seat transfer?  Thanks in advance.

Alex is there a link for Live Chat?  I did email support@grosvenorcasinos.com on Friday asking them to transfer the ticket to my mate, it"s not been done yet and needs to be in his account by Thursday so I"m just a little anxious.  Thanks

Hi Alex

I won a superstack seat in a satellite last Sunday 17th and it auto regged me in the £150+20 holding tank. I couldn"t play this weekend but knew that before I entered the satellite and made sure that it didn"t say anywhere in the lobby for the sat or the holding tank that it was date specific. The holding tank has disappeared as has my entry. Could you advise where it is please? My alias is DJBigClub.

Thanks

Simon

There has been quite a short period between the satellite tickets being issued and the start of the Goliath, and I haven"t had much opportunity to use them. I used some one night last week and some tonight, but I have some left and I don"t know if I"ll get a chance to use them this week.

1. When do the satellites end? The lobby shows them up to the 28th. Will there be more added beyond that date or do they stop once the live Day 1s begin?

2. My tickets have expiry dates of 7 Aug, 16 Oct and 29 Oct, which are after the Goliath. Can they be used for other non-Goliath satellites or tournaments?

Okay.

I think there"s a good chance that the satellites tickets won"t be any use after Thursday. I won"t be able to play tonight and probably not tomorrow either. If anyone wants them,  let me know.  I have two £30 tickets and one £5 one.

I still have one £30 and one £5 seat. Surprised if no-one wants free seats. Can still try to transfer to you if you want them. Whether you get them in time in uncertain, as Grovsenor hasn"t yet transferred the first seat despite two emails to them yesterday. Maybe they"re all on holiday, seeing as the link guy who posts on here hasn"t responded to my post since Monday.

Edit - they have transferred now, after a phone call. If someone wants one or both of the others, hopefully they will get moved to you in time.

Hi Simon,

Superstack operate a different satellite format to Grosvenor Live events. It does say in the description but can understand if it was not clear given how other satellites work. I have pm"d you and will sort out an entry to another superstack tournament.

regards, Alex

Welcome back Alex.

I hope you haven"t been unwell or, at least, that you are recovered now if you were.

All the best.
