Hello all,

I am very happy and delighted to lead those four events in close cooperation with Tom (-> thanks for your help and support!) and of course with all the APAT family.

For those, who never met (or busted) me at any APAT event: I am into poker now since 2004 and in 2008 I played my first APAT tournament in Brighton. It was such an involving atmosphere and I never found such a commitment and love for the game and the players anywhere else than I did at APAT, thanks to the efforts of Des, Tom, Leigh and many many more!

Since I am working in the poker industry myself, for quite some time I talked about expanding APAT to central Europe with Des several times. Then Tom took the honors of dealing with my ideas! But it never seemed to be the right moment, up to now: Thanks to the trust of APAT we all can now present four brand new stops to the APAT family!

I have been working with all of those “new” partners - Grand Casino Aš, Portomaso Casino & Malta Poker Festival as well as Montesino - already and all of them are looking forward to hosting the APAT National Championships.

And since APAT always wants to give a little extra to the players we also teamed-up with PPPoker to add a little something!

With PPPoker as the exclusive partner for those four events (Germany, Malta, Czech Republic and Austria) there is the opportunity for all of you to sneak in those events for free. With free roll satellites running on PPPoker you can win packages for those events. Just download the app for free (http://www.pppoker.net/) and register for the APAT satellite club there (Club ID 515839)

PPPoker is specifically designed as an app and therefore plays best on a mobile, although it can be downloaded to a PC.

On top of that all registered players on PPPoker will take part in a last longer competition in any of those four Main Events. The winner will get a free seat in the WCOAP Main Event in April 2019!

If you have any questions about the events, logistics, about PPPoker and the qualifying scheme, don't hesitate to contact me!

Looking forward to seeing you all at the events!!

Cheers,
Juergen
