I was my usual boring self tonight. No glory hunting, just a constant stream of low value sit and gos. However, there was some very interesting banter in the last game I played which was a $5 six handed SNG on Betfair. The guy I defeated heads-up had insisted at several points that he was a semi-pro. His Betfair ID is "Thenuts00" and the this stats for this name are blocked on Sharkscope. Despite several requests from yours truly, he refused to give his real name, but said that although he still had a full time job, he made good money from poker and had in fact won the $200000 guaranteed tourney on Full Tilt. If this is true, then I"m not sure what he was doing on a barrel-scraping level table with the likes of me, but there was sufficient in what he said during the game to at least make me think there may be some truth in what he was saying. Does anyone recognise the ID "Thenuts00" or know of any british based semi-pros who may have taken down the tourney in question on Full Tilt?
