I vote for Suzanne as Bristol captain, did a great job letting us know and is deserving of the honour!

Can anyone tell me what time the tournaments begin each Sunday evening? Many thanks...

Duuuh just posted on the on the board that Suzanne should be captain, come here and she is. Great choice!

What time do the individual tournaments begin each Sunday night and how does one find them/sign up online? Is there a password for each one or does Blue SQ recognise your sign-in and just let you in?

WPT magazine pulled contracts from Future in Bath and there is a bit of a legal kerfuffle so last issue about to hit the stands (I was to contribute 2 pages next issue). Future likely to launch new poker title more later.

I am pretty sure it is going to be 8pm.  We are just finalising structure  and timings to make sure it is best value for players.

out 119th, not great showing.  I hit a straight, the chip leader chased and hit nut flush.

Will be a nice change  to be on the same team as we are normally trading chips against each other in the forum battles ;D

Ooops sorry should of been in the Captains thread Doh!

Trading chips? More like me donating LOL

PM sent Boston.

I shall send out a PM to all team members nearer the time to remind everyone of the starting time etc Meanwhile we still need more players..the more the merrier so pass the word around. I shall be badgering anyone I can think of in the next few weeks  ;D

It would be a help if there was a list of the teams player names so we know whos who.  :)

WELL PLAYED BRISTOL!!!

We had a fantastic turnout and had 2 players make the final table, goater (Simon) who was 8th and 1vanace (Toby) who was 5th which will give us a total of 9 points woooohooooo...a brilliant start!!

Well played also to sleeves who was at the top of the leaderboard for most of the game but got unlucky when down to the last 20.

Thank you guys and looking forward to the next game already :-)

I really HATE that the 9 points are worthless to us now that I JUST sussed out that ONLY the top 3 teams get anything towards the league points.....   *sighs*

This make me very sad.

Some captain I am, I only just sussed it out myself.

Team points are :-

Southampton 15 pts
South London 14 pts
Cardiff 11 pts
Bristol 9 pts
North London 6 pts

Therefore league points earned are :-

3 pts   Southampton Poker Club
2 pts   South London Poker Club
1 pt    Cardiff Poker Club

I thought the extra points would be added to the team points...sigh.
