... well played all ...

I got the classic AA vs AA lose to a flush treatment ... such is my poker at the moment ... but great show to have 4 on the final table!

Looking well placed to kick on.

... I have seen everthing in the last month of poker ... a good lesson that you can have very long bad runs ... and all you can do is minimises losses ...

I am looking forward to the flip side ... whenever it appears!?!

I"ve never seen so many hands get won on the river.

I benefitted a few times myself but it caught up with me at the final table.

VWP Edinburgers. Let"s keep it up and get a lead on the pack in 2 weeks time!

Glad to have helped get some points on the board. There were a lot of crazy beats on the way to the final table- thankfully i didnt run into too many of them

Played everyone- looking forward to the next one.

Wheee Leg 4 is upon us, tomorrow Sunday 15 March.

We had a brilliant result in Leg 3, putting us top of the Northern League Board.

Lets get it on tomorrow and zoom ahead in the points to lengthen the gap.

Matchday is now live for registration on Blue Square.  To find it, click through to the Tournaments / Specials  / APAT tab.  All games will start at 8pm sharp.

The structure is back to the revised 13 min levels with running antes from level 10.

The password as always is leaguepl

Feel free to forward the password, but remember players must be signed up to a club before they play. Club registration remains open for the whole of the season.

If you have any questions, just holler.

Gooo team, best of luck!

Fantastic performance from the Edinburgh club tonight.

Unfortunately I was unable to play it, but when I got home railed silently as I couldnt chat at tables.

VWD to dja and abaddon for, not only reaching FT, but getting 2nd and 3rd for gr8 points :)

Congrats on a gr8 result, once again, should take us joint top of the League with Belfast.

Wheeeeee

xx

Good effort team.  Glorious what happened to you?  ;)

Wasn"t going to be my night when I my re-raise all-in got called and both turned over AJ only to lose to a flush.  Built my stack back up to 4000 when called an all-in with AQ, boy turns over A5 and promptly hits the 5 on the flop, down to 400 chips!

Then get pocket Queens next hands, all-in BB calls as it"s only another 200.  Turns over 7J and I lose to a straight 5-9!!! ::)

I called with suited connectors in SB knowing I would call a pre flop raise - he raised and I called. Hit 2 pair. I bet out, raise, reraise, him all in and by then I should have realised he had an overpair. A silly call - I would have had 10 big blinds left if I"d folded at that point. Disappointed by my play which is why I"m over the moon Daz and Chris did so well to keep Edinburgh up there.

BTW, OfficePoker Omaha on 28th March if anne fancies it? Chance for an Edin APAT meetup?
