Casinos don"t accept Credit Cards. You will have the opportunity to withdraw funds from an ATM using your Credit Card but that"ll cost you a fortune in interest which is added straight away.

I"ve spent a wee bit of time today lookin at what I can play when in PokerTown.

I"m looking at least two $75/$125 Tourneys during my 6 day "family" holiday. I"m currently eying up;

Noon $125 + $25 Deepstack at Caesars Palace (5000 chips and 30 minute clock)

Daily 7pm $120 + $20 at The Venetian (5000 chips and 20 minute clock)

Daily 9pm $120 + $20 Bounty Tourney at Caesars Palace (2500 chips and 30 minute clock)

I also quite fancy seeing the new Poker Room at Hard Rock so might consider the $50 + $10. At 110degrees though, I hope to be found in Caesars / Hard Rock most afternoons.

I will be sure to add my rants to the "Luky and Chip" Blog ... now to convince Leigh to take a share ;)

I like Planet Hollywood"s $80 ($60+$20 high reg fee I know but a nice tourney)

4000 chips and a 20 min clock

2pm and 7pm (or a $60 at 10am but that has 30% taken out but has the same structure)

or TI"s Head hunter $125 with $50 back for each punter you knock out

I like the look of the TI Bounty one. Cardroom doesn"t get the best reviews tho ... cramped and dark doesn"t sell it to me.

agree with you on this,,played 2 and cashed 1,but both games thoroughly enjoyable with some good banter as well

Right Kenny, are we planning on meeting up to play some tourneys in Vegas? The only day I have something booked so far is Monday 3rd August - the Grand Canyon Tour.

Unless you can find something better, I"m gonna try plan it so that I can play in the $125+$25 ($50) Bounty at Treasure Island on Sunday night at 7pm and on Tuesday the $85+$15 noon game at Caesars with 7500 starting stack and 20min clock.

Don"t waste your time imo, we took a trip down last week and were thoroughly underwhelmed. if your playing time is limited stick to Ceasers and Venetian mate.

I like the 8pm tourney at Harrahs - $150 entry, 10,000 starting stack but 20 minute blinds. Takes about 5-6 hours depending on entries and it"s am ok room too.

Thanks Eck. Hard Rock no longer an "attraction".

Thanks Glen. It"s another one for Kenny and I to consider.
