How come the payment and satellites for the Worlds are at the beginning of February, when the event isn"t until the end of August?

Also, do you have any idea of the capacity for each starting day of the event?

That could end up being an expensive festival to play (expensive compared to the means of a lot of the players) the more time there is to prepare, the better the chances of getting a good deal.

It"s a five day festival and our largest undertaking.  APAT want to sell every event out and ensure the organisation is as good as it can possibly be.  Capacities will be finalised next week and we"ll start releasing WCOAP details asap.

I was just worried because I personally am in a situation where I can"t buy in now due to lack of funding - but should be able to afford it by the time the event starts...and I didn"t want to be in a situation where I can"t play an event in August because it"s sold out in Feb!

If this does happen, and it sells out very very quickly - will there be scope to expand the capacity if the demand is there?

I dont know for sure (a maestro man myself), but if they are debit cards then I can assume they are ok
