This is tantamount to theft. You asked for $1000 to be wired, paid a $30 fee and so should fully expect $1000 to arrive. Legitimate expectations.
What does your bank have to say? Complain to CS and if that gets you nowhere write to the ombudsman.
That doesn"t solve the immediate problem of getting you in the tourney, unless they agree to wire the missing $25 FOC.

PS Played at the Aria - it"s a v nice and well run tourney with a good clock. But would like to know if they"ve cured the horrendous drains smell outside starbucks on the link from the Monte Carlo. You can"t miss it if they haven"t!
