If you have a Visa Debit -- do you put Visa or Delta in the box ?
and do you omit the start date ?

1. Visa
2. Delta



and as we all know speed is of the essence - if it fails first time you are royally fecked

I managed to qualify last night. Not exactly clear what the process is. By the looks of it, I would assume, my seat is reserved now and all I have to do is turn up on the day and show some id. of sorts? I don"t actually have to action something?
