Cup Final Cash session ... $200 turned into $650 ... peaked at $800 ... could have been a lot better but for two river-flushes ...

Had a bet on Kenwyne Jones to score first which look promising when he was one on one ... but of course Man City good value for their win ...

I fancy (and have punted) Wigan to relegate West Ham tomorrow.

Crazy last day of the season if Wigan do get the win.

Might have to get involved in the Players Championship golf if i can work out who will win!?!

... another mini poker session for +$40 ... but it is EUROVISION TIME

My top 4 are :

Slovenia
Estonia
Denmark
Hungary

Slovenia are 100/1 on Betfair ... or rather they were ... got to be worth a look ...

France"s song is sufficiently weird to be the favourite but 2/1 ... come on ...

Jedward second favourites ... unbelievable ... genius night ahead ...

Cash Session 3 ... +$211 ... so plus $701 for the day ... time to pause for some further Eurovision trading ...

Pretty much everything terrible so far ... totally there for someone to "steal" it from France ... which was just like a weird and rubbish version of Rhydian on X-Factor ...

Slovenia for the win ...

... so to the voting ... for me Austria was the stand out performance ... so I win most with

Slovenia ... who didn"t perform well ... mmm ... could chop it all to a profit ... mmm
Austria ... ATTACK ATTACK

Smaller trading profits on :

Hungary
Switzerland
Serbia
Georgia

It"s amazing to back and then auto lay at 20 points less for the freeroll ...

Place money on

Slovenia
Moldova - I would so love them to win it - well sort of ...

I"d give it to the girl from Ukraine.

Then I"d vote for Denmark.

I also have minor trading profits on Estonia and Denmark ... nothing obviously going to win it ... mmm

Money on the exchanges for Hungary ... they are still a profit for me ... but she was pretty average so I chopped my upside ... could be an error ... could be inspired ... as the money moved onto Austria ... who are now drifting ...

Maybe I should get back to the poker tables??

Back to the poker ... going well playing $1/2 ... standard raise to $5 from me with 66 ... player with $70 raises to $19 ... I shove all in ... he calls with A3s and spikes ... mmm ... Momentum gone ... I raise and miss for a while before leaving with a -$120 loss ...

Money on Toms for the golf who is looking good if he could make some putts ...

Feel like a low volume poker day ...

Nightmare cash session ... last hand of note QJ into Q3x ... looking better with a J on the turn ... but vs 33 ... -$265 for the session ...

Meanwhile in the golf ... +£200 whoever wins ... and +£737 if Toms holds on ...

Nobody very convincing and some brutal holes to finish ...

Tempting to close the whole bet out and take the profit ... KJ Choi looking the more resiliant??

PKR Live time at last ... I believe 100 runners today ... a bit disappointing in a way ... one of the early front runners Andy Nguyen who was on the Black Belt Live final table. One of my "home game" players played and lost today, trashy standatd of play but you need a start to prosper ... sounds very like the start of the Betfair Live ... fingers crossed.

I am pretty sure I can be very patient tomorrow ...

Not a hand played for 2 weeks - it"s been very therapeutic ...

Last hand played AA vs AKs in the PKR Live ... 8 hours creative then solid play for this moment to go to 79 BB and attack ... it was a beautiful trap ... limping UTG ... but it blew up ... as it would ... the 12.14% shot flies in ... and I am dust ... there is nothing to say ... just the hollow feeling that you would expect 1 time in 8 with this match up.

In that sense it is not really a bad beat ... just the beating you need to sometimes expect and accept ... that said I don"t really have the time to play the "other" 7 tournaments to this spot to enjoy the flattening of the volatility.

The chance of winning three races in a row is only 12.5% ... and we are very used to that happening ... hence AA vs AKs is just the flipper ...

It was needless to say the only time my chips were at risk ... the format was excellent ... the play very variable ... it was the perfect set up.

Not sure what the next event is - I have been so head down with work - which is great: It feels like Vegas is off the agenda for this year - which is less great.

Pondering ...

Derby is always worth some fun - and I am on Pour Moi 6/1 seems fine - let"s see how it runs - I have a bad record in the Derby!

Webster in the darts at 60/1 - seems pretty big!

Might need to get some powder out for Britain"s got Talent - is there enough noise for Ronan to not win - it"s probably getting close to that ...

Now what else can I bet on?

Pour Moi - providing me joy ... lost on two races after ... but plus £600

Webster fighting hard - so perhaps lock this back to a free-roll - very little liquidity at the moment.

Britain"s got talent - I have New Bounce w/o the favourite (and freeroll on the favourite)
