No, I think Smiler has left the auto detect & protect tag on within the sigset.  There was a thread about that within online poker I think....

Ahhhh, the old auto detect & protect tag within the sigset problem.

It"s an easy mistake to make whilst still in the testing phase of implementing a new signature.

I"ve just turned the auto detect & protect tag off in my sigset, so if you can"t see the picture of Giggs below, it"s working.  You"re not on AOL are you?
