I thought the Villa fans were quality at the weekend.  Once the game was beyond them they decided they were going to enjoy themselves anyway.

The chant of "One goal, we only want one goal..." was brilliant.

good point well made..but Alonso and Barry in midfield..were does masch go...cant not play him..he gives Stevie the freedom. spend the alleged £40m on David Villa..job done.  We need another forward more than anything else

Im not a Liverpool or United fan but its clear to see that Liverpool wont win anything this year. Not a chance. Such a one man team its embarrasing. Why anyone playing Liverpool doesnt just wipe out gerrard ill never know. You all know if hes injured you are stuffed.

the 2 we have lost in the leaue he played 90mins.

as for not winning anything....time will tell

your right, just get wound up by one man team jibes.....a) we aren"t..best defence in the prem for the last 4 years..so there is 5 more " one man players"...

b)..every great team has a star player they " rely on"...Argentina maradona "86,  platini, "84, cruyff, "74.  at just int"l level...let alone...club level....
