I agree with your life comment.  Have played three tourneys this evening.  My exit hands have been the one above and

AQ v AK on a queen high flop

TT v 55

The only positive is that each time I have looked up my oppponent and they are losing players on Stars.

So I want to play these players, right ?     ;D

i"m just surprised u had to look at his stats to confirm he was a loser...the move speaks for itself..std call unlucky,,

Do you ever smooth call a raise or limp in the early levels with these big pairs Leigh?

Depends on the position and action gone.

In this particular instance, I"ve got a raise and two callers.  If I flat it, I"m likely to get at least one of the blinds in for the ride also.  So that is going to mean five players.

I"m not as keen on my kings then, even before I"ve seen a flop as the likelyhood is that someone is going to hit with draw possibilities.

In this case, I"m happy with the play, less players and I"m probably flat calling.

yep

just now - but 2nd hand in

AQ in the BB
hijack, cutoff, button and SB limp for 20 i raise to 140 - only SB calls

As 9c 5d

SB checks and im happy to take the pot there and bet 300 into a 350(approx) pot

he calls

7c SB checks,i go for 600 - he calls

2c on the river he checks, i should bet but i cant and check too and he shows king high flush with Kc 3c

still got chips but down to 600 - lol
