wow
played in a few festivals, travelled a bit, but that final table was up there with the best, there was lots of crazy play early on, after the break it soon settled, there was some monster chip stacks early scouse was in the top 5 all night i think, and a monster bad beat near the end but congrats to all the players & those that made it through the mine field to earn their seat  ;D

Anyone know the top 5 ?

Sounds like you were incredibly unlucky Ger.

Them"s the rules and structure, but nothing to stop the five of you from chipping in for his clickfest imo.   ;D

Sounds like a great final table, see you all (whoever you are) in Dublin and hope The Duke makes it in through the clickfest.

Apologies to Ger for sucking out with my QQ v AA.
But if they are honest, the rest were pleased it was over after about an hour on the FT!

I try so hard to be grumpy, and then along comes a smile!

Ger was short stacked and mounted a steady comeback to be reasonably comfortable with about 85k. At this point he got it all in with AA v QQ only to see his opponent hit a straight on the turn leaving him very short. Next hand Ger was allin with 4 opponents. I hit a straight and that finished it for him. I watched Ger get put out in Cardiff with AA also. Very unlucky.

Id be happy to see Ger get a seat for Dublin. He deserves it.

Keep positive!

Des, to confirm, I wish to purchase a Dublin seat as per the top10 rankings allowance.

(also PM"ed and emailed - sorry for duplicity... just want to make sure :) )
