It was a long two days but I was well up for going on for another long day but unfortunately the blinds got to $3000/$6000 with a 500 ante, only had 40,000 left and just kept shipping it all in when everybody folded - kept me going for a while but eventually ran into a KK, at least had two live cards QJ, managed to hit one jack but couldn"t hit another.
It was a great experience and its funny how even though I outlasted approximately 97% or the field when you get knocked out it still leaves you feeling deflated. Make you laugh when you do lose your final hand the dealer shouts "winner on table ...". Feeling better about it today though
Richard did well too - he made final table at a $120 buy in tournament at the Venetian and when it got to the final four they chopped the money. He made more money than me but hey - I cashed at the WSOP
Got to go now - off to The Venetian - we"re going to do the $330 buy in today - lets hope our luck holds
