Pokerstars $200k g"tee

Managed to only lose half my chips AKs vs AA ... still in running but back to half the average ... 1458 left ... 765 paid.

APAT 17th of 17 ... no complaints ... but getting a lot of trash like 44,33 ... hate pushing those hands ...

Decided i"d drunk enough to go with the Sunday Million   ::)

Half way through the 2nd session but had a couple of failed attemps at pots and back to about average....
How can you call that.... you should have bet more...... I was all-in...... well you should have had more to bet.

Good approach ... I have turned 17th of 17 to 9th of 9 ... in the APAT ... 5th of 5 at the next break?

Watching the APAT game just now.... stick in

Just made the second break in the Sunday Million but doning badly... not picking up cards and tried to force the action when I should have been more patient.... if i"d been more careful i"d still be on average chips just now but as it is I"ve a recovery job on my hands... :-\

Bit of a massacre for me today. Just left in 1, need a decent finish just to break even.

Out in 8th

Get it in vs shortstack bb with K7 vs J5 and it comes

48A... turn 3, river 2... *sigh*

two hands later 55 vs A10 and A hits on river.

Now out of the Sunday Mill.... was making a recovery and then got it all in with 10 10 v"s QQ... i raised PF ... they re-raised and I called.

I did tell myself i was raceing at best (my table image and the player who re-raised me made this an almost certainty) but called anyway... it was a terrible play.... yet another lesson that i will not learn as I"ve done it so often in the past... i think the hand through and make the play I"ve told myself is wrong..... so silly...   :-[

Oh well if i get a chance to play some sats I may give it a go again next weekend.

Looking forward to Edinburgh  ;)  remember if I"m at your table and you have a monster..... I will call.... so gl and I hope it holds    :P

You are forgetting the T5 push into 88 which you spiked ... I have sent you $5!

:D

IT WAS SOOOOOOTED!!! lol. Nah standard blind steal, correct move everytime with my stack I thought? Anyway I"m not totally sure but I think the odds of my T5 (suited!) beating his pkt 8"s when it"s all in pre-flop with a full board to come are much better than the perfect two cards hitting for runner runner after the flop has been dealt.

Ah well, had a good wee game last night anyway. Bring on the next one and Edinburgh  8)
