i can sympathise with you as i started playing around 5 yrs ago, only started on freerolls and
giveaways on VC to build a bankroll (tight jock) didnt put any of my own money in.
it was the late last year the cold deck arrived and didnt go away until around July this year, like you i had to come all the way down the levels to save the bankroll, even now i still dont like going above the $10 stt level, bad vibes and still the outdraws as usuall.
however i had to realise after looking at my stats and play that i was going in ahead in the majority of cases and being out drawn by worse hands :"( so it was not my play but others which you cant do much about, if they want to come with you with those worse hands then suck out on you, we have to accept it happens.
i have come to believe that as long as i go in ahead then i am playing a winning game
i know this doesnt really answer your question but hope it gives you hope and can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
for my live play practice i use the nutspokerleague, last two seasons i`ve been top of the pile in scotland on points. i do tend to play 2 or 3 times a week so that does help
but i did win my league last season and only lost this seasons league last night by 20pts :"(
hope your cards get warmer
