Wow what a Day - just a quick word to thank everyone at APAT for a superbly organised day - a truely memorable experience. Special shout out to everyone at DTD, from valets to TD"s its simply the best place to play poker !

BTW - was so hyped after the 1a reached its last level, couldn"t resist a few cheeky hands on the Omaha £1-£1 table. Easy pickings with the like of Mr Trumper etc  :P One memorable hand where I was able to chop a nice pot with massive Str-Flsh draw and one I railed where the winner took down a monster of around £1700. THIS IS £1-£1 for GOD SAKE! Omaha FTW!

See you guys on Sunday - Good Luck to everyone in 1b, enjoy your day at the Ultimate Poker Venue!

Thanks to all at APAT (and DTD) for a great day. Shame to go out in about 65th after being in the top 4 or 5 all day long, but hey, it was fun.

See you all at the next one!

Lol yeah my AQ was 35k more to call for about half my stack. Getting like 10/7 against a (from what i had seen) super [mod: removed].

It"s not great but I smoothed to induce a squeeze and got squeezed... then want to fold. Some sort of player. A massively donk player. mbn to be me.

Thanks for all the support boys, much appreciated. Hopefully i can keep running like god to win some moneez for people that backed me.

[mod: removed]? Why thank you that"s very kind of you.  With respect it was for far more than half your stack and you were getting nothing like 10/7.

Poker quiz question

After the turn Player A is winning the hand, in a Heads Up Pot

Player A cannot win though after the river

What two cards are each of the two players holding?

and what are the four community cards (suits not relevant)?

Did anyone answer this as I think I have it (assuming Player A can split)?

Player A - 7-2
Player B - 5-6

Board  3-3-4-4

Player A is leading with 2 pair higher kicker (7). Any 2 or 7 gives player B the straight, any 5 or 6 gives Player B the higher 2 pair. Any 3, 4, 8 or higher and they both play the board.

Am I right?

Prize?

Great job yesterday and Thursday as usual. See you tomorrow for the HORSE.

I think it was an unfortunate choice of phrase, but don"t think it was meant in the way that it could be intrepreted.  Either way it"s not acceptable and we"ve removed it.  I thought the donk remark was referring to himself.
