The freeroll MTT format was the the most favoured option of the captains of the clubs.

Any way, of what collusion do you speak?

Also not happy about the change of format
Can"t see why it couldn"t be left as it was with 10+1 buyin and a password be emailed to all of us
Seems ridiculous to change the dynamics on week 21

Sunday night & 10,000 chips we could be playing till 3am

Further information relating to the APAT National League, Grand Final........

The tournament will be in the BlueSquare lobby this afternoon, and we"ve asked that all the players be pre-registered.

The final has been set up in the same format as previous Online Championships - MTT freezeout, but with 10,000 starting chips and 10 minute blinds.

Oh the joy. . . . . .  what was wrong with the format thas has been used over the past 40+ weeks   ?? ?

I believe the league has been a success, and the format has been a big factor in that, so why now change it for the final???

thats like making someone play deepstacks for a year and sticking them into the quickest hi stakes turbo you can find.........   Stupid IMO.

not complaining about the above set up but does seem strange to play 20 tournaments at one format and then have the final in a completely different format

id also agree with a buy in for cash prize as that would help reduce team collusion

I gotta say, surely being a TEAM event, looking after members in your TEAM doesn"t count as collusion...... if so then the whole thing is farcical !! Why would i want to KO members of MY TEAM , when thier doing well could ultimately decise whether I..and "WE" as a team win them or not  ? ?

You have obviously given this a lot of thought..........

Does seem strange to have the best 40 players at one format then change it for the final.  Am easy either way and i would just like to say good luck all the northern division guys.

Completely disagree w/ most ppl above.  The only thing a 10k s/s will do is make it a more skillful affair - gd job APAT once again.  Gna b hard to luckbox GUKPT seats w/ this structure :)  May the best team win (or just let Belfast win :))

Make sure your filters aren"t on and that "Hide Full" isn"t selected.

You should see it on Tournaments > APAT

I see Rabsie67 has been registered for this Tourney by BlueSq.

ok so if we take that as a given how would you feel if on your table you had 4 players from one team 4 from another an just you and one other player from a different team.  Basically random chance has given them a huge advantage over you
