We"ve enough to be doing trying to secure that 3rd spot!  No distractions for the Dublin team allowed, FFS.  lol  But thanks for thinking of us.   ;)

Laxie, look at it like this.  We will be indirectly increasing the motivation levels of ur players by offering a cash reward to ur players if they succeed.  We have also made the same offer to Glasgow to be fair.  If Glasgow make the bet and ur players do not, then Glasgow will be gng into the game more highly motivated and tht isn"t good for u guys!  Extra motivation mite b what is required for u 2 get max points!

May I also point out - that Glasgow have provisionally accepted the offer.  They did however refuse to give us 5/2, but we appreciate them making the bet regardless.

If getting the points we need isn"t motivation enough, then I give up!  lol  Will have a few bounties for my Lads in the last game as well...so they"ll be covered without risking more than their buy in.   ;)

That said, up to the Lads in the end.  If they read this and enough think they can handle/want the added distraction, they can let me know.

Gerard,

I have removed your last "goading" post. If someone wants to take you up on the offer, they"ll see your original post.

I"d like to, personally I think it would be a struggle to get 3 other belfast ones able to travel to Dublin specifically for this,  I"m sure Marty would be up for it but with him currently being in London that makes it a bit more difficult.

The best chance to get this sorted would probably be an apat event at some point, (or perhaps even the Irish Open?)

It"s definitely something I would be interested in trying at some point anyway!
