Thanks Des, my non poker playing wife doesn"t understand why I need to play 3 nights in a row and still pay £75 to enter!!!

She thinks I"m good at this game.......  ha ha    ::)

lol....mention implied odds, that oughta do it  ;D

By the way, thanks very much for doing the dealing duties at the Vic on Saturday.  That was a great gesture and very much in the spirit of APAT.

No Walsall seat online for me!  Just went out to horrible beat and gonna rant about it here then say no more! :) 2 limpers when blinds ar 50/100, I have AJ OS 2 off button so decide to raise it up to take pot so far or at least have position if either limpers calls (I fold to a re-raise!) Flop comes  jc 6d js, JACKPOT! Bet 600 into pot and guy minimum raises me, I re-raise him minimum as no flush or straight draws and want maximum. He calls and turn comes  4s and I push all in for last 1900 (best way to get paid I think), he calls his whole tournament with   :as: 7s and of course hits a spade on the river for runner, runner, runner! Right that"s got that of my chest, horrible! Fingers crossed for clickfest  ;)

8.4K at first break.

Got off to a good start with  4h 7s netting a nice 2.5K profit.  Then just bits and pieces

My final attempt at a seat failed dramatically (for me anyway) ...  :"(

ah 5s on BB (800). SB raised to 2x BB with 15k. I call leaving 3.2k behind.

Flop comes  :3s: kh ac   SB bets out 1.6k, I push my 3.8k in and he calls turning  kc jc

Turn comes  :3d:  River  ks  and I"m railed again!

Good luck with my chips iamasleep and to all who remain.

Survived a stupid all-in with JQos when called by AK, then missed a raise in front of me when I pushed with A 10 - called by QQ and deservedly gone in 29th. See you in Walsall - hopefully!

Congrats to all the quailfiers tonight.
Busted out 19th when my AK was no match for chip leaders K10.

Only had 4 big blinds left so it was an easy push.

Who said you need luck in poker.
