I have distressing news. A full 50 seater coach load of ladies of a certain age have turned up in reception, especially for tonight"s cabaret

One can only foresee a Dean Martin/Rat Pack Tribute, perhaps Perry Como/Andy Williams.

Perhaps I should not jump to conclusions. Perhaps it"s a "Prodigy" covers band

Anyway, I am off to smarten myself up, get those jiving shoes on and report back when I know more

Some of us of a certain age enjoy a wee jump about muttering "......twisted firestarter" I`ll have you know!

Aneurin Venables 20,000

No sign of Duncan Hodgkins

Just saw a biggie

I arrive on the flop and John Miller bets, Kev Smith raises, putting the pot size at 20,000

John Miller pushes, 27,000 on top

Kev has 20,000 behind, if this is called  its a 70,000 pot

the flop is  qd td 9c

Eventually Smith folds, agonised.

Miller rewards him by showing  ks jc

Hi Tighty, back and eager to catch up on tonight"s play. Some big names seem to be falling by the wayside :-(
Say hello to hubby who the last I heard was limping with a short stack. I"ll make the Dr"s appointment for Monday!
