If Bodders was 13th, then I must be next up, but not heard anything yet :(

The suspense is killing me...

I"ll be buggered if I"m going on the off-chance tomorrow only to be 9th on the "new" waiting list grrrrr

Cant quite believe my luck.....

Got rivered to be knocked out in the live tourney (12 people left)

My pocket Kings got knocked out agains Pocket queens in the online qualifier

The pay system went down so they did not accept my card details the first time. Went through the second time. Lost valuable minutes and so didnt get a guaranteed place.

15th on the reserve place and places get given to the top 14 so I miss out by one place........

i am at work and so dont have access to hotmail to see if i have had a last minute invitation). Will check later!

If that isnt a bad luck story in relation to this event I dont know what is! I cant justify driving up and not getting in on the day.

I hope that the same situation doesnt arise for the next event...! At least I have the virgin poker festival to look forward too.!

Seems the poker gods are not on your side Tim, but keep checking that e-mail you never know.

Best of luck and hope to see you in Walsall.

No email waiting for me now that I am back home. Very disapointing!

Just find it rather irritating that I have done my upmost to get into the tournament, however if I turn up at walsall I have little chance of getting in as I belive that there will be a lot of reserves turning up! NOt really much more I can do!

Got on the list of alternates today at Walsal but unfortunately didn"t get to play.
I was not happy to see quite a few empty seats with chips in front of them getting blinded away.
Why can"t we in future have a policy whereby, at the end of level two all players have a break and all the vacant seats (where people have failed to notify the casino of late arrival) have their chips given to the dealer for antes and are out of the game and the seats sold to people on the alternates list.
There were people today who had made the effort and travelled a long way in the hope of playing only to see empty seats and not be able to fill them.
There would also be an extra few hundred pounds added to the prize fund.

Comments please.
