How can the wife buy in as we only have one computer but two Betfair accounts and it keeps throwing me out with the message under able to register as one person already registered from this computer!!!!!!!!
It would appear that you are only allowed one entry per IP address.
So how is this going work then, with two APAT members and one computer???
Betfair are useless, they will look into it and manual register my wife in the next 24 hours, GREAT!!!!!!!!
I"m struggling to find a solution around this at the moment other than you finding another computer to log on to Betfair with.
We have had plenty of people playing the same tournament from the same household/presume router so far this season. They are obviously playing on different pc"s. I"m no tech expert, but I presume that there must be something in the Betfair log"s on each computer that doesn"t allow you to reg from the same pc.
If Betfair have said they will do this, perhaps it is worth making sure they know it is a capped event and to adjust the numbers accordingly for you.
