I think we are top. I came on here then switched back to the table just as they were discussing it and they said we are top and Luton will be 2nd  ;)

Well done Sunderland. A great effort to get 4 on the FT. Luton tied with you on 12 points, but because of your 4 final tablers to their 2, you took the 3 points for the win.

Thanks for your good wishes everyone  :)

2 FT"s last week and 4 FT"s this week, hopefully more to come from the Sunderland lads and lasses to make a nice competative Division 3  ;)

Quality effort considering there were only 6 of us and to get 4 on FT is amazing.

Well done us  8)

Carlisle had 2 players this week.  I hope I am not doing my team member a disservice when I say I think he may have blown up on a hand close to seeing him out when sitting in 3rd/4th for much of the tourney.

I think I am right in saying that is the first point for Carlisle since last season at least, when none were scored.  I guess this is probably due to having no representation last season!

I am now going to hit the recruitment trial.  My local poker club have a game in Carlisle on Sunday so we may not get the numbers in for Week 3, but I will approach some lads from the S.Lakes area to boost our numbers.

Great fun last night.  Well done Sunderland and Luton.  So close Blackpool, but no cigar  :P.

See you all again on Sunday (unless I get a lift to Carlisle sorted - no trains running on Sundays at the moment.  I am TD for the day!)

Cheers

Mark.
