seeing as the main event covers 3 days as i want to play in the heads-up  omaha  6 max and the main event, is it possible to play in 2 tournaments at the same time as the omaha and day 1a are on the same day and the 6 max and day 1b are on the next day, does APAT allow you to do this.

look again the omaha and 6 max  both events collide with day one A and day one B of the main event, i"m just wondering if i can enter the omaha and 6 max and still enter the main event.

When are the seats on sale for this? I remember they went on sale pretty early last year.

As far as I know the dates have not yet been announced.

OK well the next question is. If we play the main event when would we know if it was day 1a or b? As obviously we would be free to play on the other day... This is all very much in advanced but hey ho, I like to plan things ahead

Basically, the way it worked previously, was that you entered a choice for Day 1a or Day 1b but your choice was not guaranteed.

TBH, I"m not sure how this would work under the Betfair "tank" system. Although 2 tanks would seem logical, this could cause a great deal of confusion (given the paucity of information under the BF software) leading people to register under the wrong day etc.! Especially, as there will be a LOT of holding tanks given the number of events.

If there is one tank then my guess (and it"s only a guess) is that there will be a "register your preference" thread on here somewhere and APAT will maintain a master list.

After that, if you don"t get your choice, there will be the option to swap through the Seat Exchange board.

I"m guessing that, at the moment, that no-one has given a great deal of thought to this issue but I"ve underestimated APAT before to my cost and chagrin.

i think there was some confusion to dates of the main event earlier ,and this was amended ,i am assuming(guessing) that you can pick a preference to what day like last year ,and as someone said ,if u dont get it try and get a swap ,we are also looking to play the 6 max event on the other day.
