Does anyone work shifts?

I"ve never worked nights in my life and i"m trying to stay up all night to adjust my body clock for tomorrow when i"ve got to work a week on nights, what a killer this is, thank god its only temporary and i"ve got pokerstars  ;D

try PRO-PLUS, couple before work and top up through the night. Available at most shops, garages, chemists etc, it"s concentrated caffeine and works for me being HGV driver. Don"t take any coupla hours near end of shift or you wont sleep during the day.

As long as work keeps you busy you should be fine but if there"s a lot of sitting around and stuff then you may have a problem.

Lots of coffee and plenty of water helps, not sure about pro-plus never had to use it but keep busy and entertained and you should not have time to think about it.

not that I"ve tried this but

A doleys blackout normally induces an afternoon nap and adjusts the body clock for night shifts.

Would never advocate the use of drugs, legal or not.

My body clock has been destroyed, woke up at 4:50 today, i think i will be asleep until the first break in walsall.
