German press media like RP in UK recommend Dessau (5/1), Survey (4/1) is 2nd favourite behind Electrelane (13/5). *()fixed odds today

Survey is a nice price, i don"t think form wise there is to much of a gap between her and  Electrelane :) looking through the card Cherry Danon looks interesting to out of Rock of Gibraltar, right distance, his off spring progress well, tackling good ground for the 1st time i"d guess he"ll improve past Dessau...
Good luck with your punt Achim , ill have my fingers crossed for you sir.......

Thanks.;) Weather forecast interesting, expect rain, if to much and soft to heavy ground all is possible.
Any bet is very speculative today and Im unsure that Lady of Budysin prefer soft ground but it"s still the horse with the best value.

CAMELOT, another superstar. What a dominance in classical races from O"Brien stable.

German AMARON will run in today french derby. Last performance was more than acceptable. Good enough not to neglect him in any combined bets I guess. Tote (400/10)

All chances robbed by an massiv annoyance by Maxim Guyon on #6 Saint Baudolino. That wasnt the result what AMARON"S connections had expected.  Unlucky. :(

Ground preferences made the difference today. ELECTRELANE wins the german 1000 Guineas sh to Cherry Danon and 5 to 3rd Waldtraut. 4th Lady of Budysin. Survey 5th.

the final race time on a turning mile was 1m 40.40s , tbh i can"t make head nor tail of the race times at Dusseldorf they are all over the place for various ground descriptions Achim...  :)
the IFHA had Alianthus on a rating of 117 so using him as the Mr consistent yardstick for Dusseldorf doesn"t make this guineas look all that strong yet Laugh out loud wins a 3yo group2 fillies race in Chantilly worth 63k to the winner, i"m left scratching my head as to how good this generation actually are tbh ???
good race to watch though Achim, i"m very surprised that the race wasn"t awarded to Cherry Danon tbh , in the end only a short head separated the 2 horses at the finish line plus considering after the stewards enquiry they decided on banning Crowley for over use of the whip.......

i"m having a early punt on the St Ledger with Michelangelo @20"s with Laddies and WH with a view to a bit of trading on Betfair in the future.. he won the Cocked Hat Stakes beating Expense Claim giving him maybe to much rope in the run in but his class got him out of trouble, MA is entered up for the King Edward VII Stakes, the same route Gosden took with Arctic Cosmos, speculative but potentially profitable angles...

What a pity, I"LL HAVE ANOTHER scratched fom Belmont Stakes. No chance to win the Triple Crown after more than 30 years. Retired with a tendon injury. Great horse ! :"(
