Form is temporary, but class is permanent

And registration is only for 50 players. Is that right?
Gotta be in it to win it!

Can"t get hold of anyone at Betfair to find out where the direct buyin is.

No worries though, it"s not going to sell out in any hurry.

The package tank is capped at 50 and the direct buyin should be capped at 100, but in reality, most seats will be sold direct at the casino to local players.

I would have definitely played them if some idiot hadn"t organised a blonde league which compels me to play 5 tables at once ;D. Oh and Tigers were playing tonight. Or not as the case may be :(

That league seems to favour luckboxes to me, based on the people at the top there can"t be that much skill nvolved.

On another note. I am going to Spain anyway so will play whatever Sats come up next week, if any. I did not play this week as I have been stuck in work, but I didn"t know it was a package and have already booked but whatever.

So what"s happening with the buy in for this event? Had a look this morning and still nothing there, other than the tank for qualifiers.

The holding tank is now there, announced and opening at 9pm tonight. But it seems (unless I"m missing something) that they"ve got things mixed up as the buy-in is $432!

Sigh, email sent to Betfair.  Not sure I"ll get a response on the weekend, but I"ll try and get it resolved prior to 9pm tonight.

Don"t forget the satellites for "packages" are available in the lobby now, and run Mon-Wed next week.

HI Guy"s

The Satellite is there which is great, but how do the packages work. One package per how many $ in the prize pool? Sorry if this is already posted elsewhere but I could not see it.

Direct Buyin is now corrected and available for $120.

The "packages" will payout one package for every $432 in the prizepool.

That"s 1 package for every 20 players in tonights $22 freezeout.

1 package for any player that"s in the rebuy tomorrow if The Duke plays.   ;)

And 1 package for every 8 players in the Super Satellite on Wednesday, with a $54 buyin.

You can also satellite into the super satellite either tonight or tomorrow for a mere $8 and a bit of luck.

If numbers aren"t enough to generate "packages", then normal Betfair payout structures will apply.

I"m sure there isn"t but is there any reason the date for this on betfair is the 8th January, rather than 15th?

Always a reason.  Betfair have to send funds to the host casino, so we always have to shut it off early, to ensure the necessary admin stuff gets sorted.

The event is Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th January 2011.
