Good luck to all the Luton Poker Club players that are left.
I played awful in the first 2 levels, but then got aces with about 6k left.

aa vs kk...he hits runner runner club for the flush.  Not my day.  ::)

I feel your pain! I had  ad1 ac he has 7h 7s flopped  ah  8h 9c, turned  5h then shafted me with a  jh on the river for the flush!!!! Bye Bye trip aces!!

Well,  I"ve been in the casino since 11am and already there are a few players hanging around waiting for Day 2 to start.

They"ve got a bit of a wait until 2:30pm but already there is that sense of anticipation that you get with an APAT Day 2.

Well done to Stephen Bhoyd on winning the APAT Pro.

Good luck all those left for today.

Before play resumes I have some very sad news

A number of you will have met Patrick Tochel, Lazaroonie, at APAT events.

Laz, as he was known by everyone, finalled the APAT event in Dublin in 2007

Laz passed away last night in a Glasgow hospital after a battle with cancer

I am sure everyone will join me in sending condolences to Laz"s family and friends
