Great news JP welcome aboard, I have a limo booked from the Airport, my self and two mates, Tim Magnus, Jeldon Fernandes, Glenn Laming, give me a shout if you want to jump in. We are all on the same flight and staying at the same hotel, we also have a half hour cruise of the strip included in the price.

That would be fantastic Don, count me in if you are sure there is room

Looked into this and on every site they say 2 bags = 1 person - therefore an 8 seater can only hold (assuming 1 bag per person) 5.5 - so it might be good to check the small print

When is the travel guru announcing where were all gonna meet on the first night?

I have already made some suggestions but my main ones are both in or next to Harrah"s. Why? Because they are close. Don"t forget that by the time you are checked in and ready to go it will be 4pm (roughly) but your body will still be on UK time...so midnight.

After a few hours drinking the hours will catch up and you"ll want to be within easy stumbling distance.

Harrahs - Toby Keith's Bar & Grill

Named after one of Toby Keith"s hit singles, I Love This Bar & Grill at Harrah"s gives country fans a place to eat, drink and kick up their heels.

Keith"s stamp is on everything in the bar from the memorabilia on the walls to the flat screen TVs continuously playing his music videos.

The decor is all-American red, white and blue and the centerpiece of the room is a large guitar-shaped bar with a stainless steel top.

Sexy cowgirl-attired bartenders serve up specialty drinks named for some of Keith"s biggest hits. Try the Who"s Your Daddy Margarita, which features a float of Guinness beer or the Whiskey Girl -- a tasty concoction of Jack Daniels, amaretto, pineapple juice, orange juice and grenadine. Specialty drinks average $9-$10.

Of course, country and blues music is always playing in the backgroud at I Love This Bar & Grill. In addition, for those that feel the need to two-step, live country and rock bands, hand-picked by Keith, perform nightly from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m.

LOL the last time we had a drink in Vegas we had trouble finding the Poker room in the TI

But that barmaids face was a picture with the "flag" drinks
