Assuming you booked direct with virgin. Go to "My booking" page and just below the flight itinerary section there"s a bit marked "Where"s my seat" yo can then see whats left and click on the ones you want

Yup, I think I will be booking onto the Virgin flight on the 17th. Not sure when I will be flying back yet. With my airmiles I think it works out at £550 which isnt bad.
