Thanks for the information - saw reply after reserving Tropicana. Stayed at Ceasars before so looking for something else. Harrahs reviews were mixed. - Reviews look good for Trop and 6 nights for £250 seemed good. Anyone got experience of Trop? Will look out for any great deals in the meantime for Mirage, etc. E

I never looked at the Tropicana but I specifically searched for feedback about whether to stay at Harrahs or Ballys (because they"re both cheap and central) - the overwhelming consensus was to stay at Ballys. So that could be somewhere else to think about if you can get a decent deal.


I"m pretty sure at the Tropicana, drinks are free.  There"s fun and sunshine, which I believe is in plentiful supply for everyone.

One thing I would say though, all that"s missing is the sea, but don"t worry, you can suntan.   ;D

A cab from the airport to Harrahs should be no more than $20 plus a couple of bucks for a tip.
