Great post Maylis and that interview process just highlights that you needed more experience to take on a role of that stature.  I would guess the nerves you displayed prior and during were because you probably felt that also.  Give yourself another six months to a year and you"ll be a whole lot more confident about your chances and that will be evident in how you manage yourself through the process too. The positive is that everyone can see you have the potential and the fact that you"ve been through this level of interview already is in itself experience, so you"re already on the way! We"re just keeping the bubbly on ice for now...

I remember being interviewed by you (maylis that is) at Swansea then later at Coventry, then listening to the commentary with Ben and James in the CoC tourney. You have really grown into the role at APAT and are getting better every time. Keep at it and gl
