You could always give Luton a go at the next APAT Regional event on the 15th December - the main site gives details.

Oh, and welcome to APAT  :D

I think it may be wise to ring up and pre book registration for the regional events.

Depending on which casino you intend to play in they can be full.

Hi danmont,

I live in Witney... I would recommend Bristol Harbourside for the next APAT regional. Me and a mate will be going, it should be all "dealer dealt" (the first one was). It"s a nice room and for us it"s closer the The Vic and Luton, although from Oxford there wouldn"t much in it.

Aside from APAT, there are regular tournaments at the [Stanley] Reading Sporting Club, not sure of their schedule... quite a few people from Oxford travel there.

There"s also the Western Club on the A40 just outside London town, maybe easier to get too.

Welcome to APAT....I would recommend an APAT Regional event as a great introduction to live poker. It"s very friendly and good fun too  ;D

hi there and welcome to APAT.... in another discussion thread it was mentioned that they only had 18 runners for the Regional event in Plymouth.....   so not likely to be full.....

I"m still trying to find Plymouth... LOL  (long drive from Reading)  ;D
