Called helpdesk, they answered within about 5 rings
"it seems my account is locked out, not sure why"
3 security questions, he wasnt sure either why it was blocked, maybe some new download not completed on my computer as they have had a few issues recently with other callers with the same potential issue.
so he suggested -
I delete the current software
remove it from my control panel
clear caches and cookies
go to betfair.com
find the poker link
download poker again
log in using existing acount detials
should be fine
As he was going through that, I closed the site i had opened in the first place and re-loaded it and tried to re-reg again................I"m in!
