Just got home, not bad 204 miles in 2hrs 40mins.

Thanks to Leigh, Tighty, Maylis and all for another great weekend.

Really pleased for Paulie D and the LPMU team for winning this and also for our own Elite Am. Poker League for coming 5th in our first ever live team event. Not bad for the 2 outsiders prior to the event!!!!!

Good luck to Mark from Newcastle and well played all on FT.

p.s. thanks to Laxie for the rubdowns (numerous) :P :P :P :P :P

The pot was 500k.  on the river, Helen went allin, Mark dwelled for ages, and eventually folded.

Just got home - knackered, but chuffed. Fantastic weekend - put more faces to names, met loads of great people. 

Sat at same table for most of day one and had a great battle with Craig MacInnes and Rob Swindells. Also nice to meet up with Matt Carter again on day two.

A shame the team couldn"t run better - seems that many races didn"t go in our favour. Well done to LPM - fully deserved win.

Hope Niall takes it down - he played some awesome poker today.

Usual gratitudes to Leigh, Tighty, Ian, Amanda, Adam, and all others that made for such a great event.

Just arrived home, had a great weekend - well done Hugh you did Blonde Poker proud! Good luck to Helen who sat next to me and arrived with few chips, she managed to get a load off me and is now on final table, go girl, take it down.
