I know you will probably announce details of this after Coventry but how are you picking the teams? And when? Since we are only 5 weeks away people will need to book time off work. And with it being a bank holiday, the more time we get the better.

Note all the qualifying bits in there...

Trying...may not succeed
Further...some more, not necessarily ALL
Before the weekend is out....up to 11.59 Sunday then...or more likely 9.30 am Monday.

Clearly the final few captaincies need to be sorted pdq. Very reluctant to move it but people need to reply to pm/email/phone calls/pigeon drops
