is there any timebank on 888? few times when i had to make a decision it just popped up after about 5 seconds counting down 6...5....4 didn"t know if it was gonna activate a timebank or what so had to rush

If there is a timebank in any tourny it only appears with about 6 seconds left on your clock. It appears bottom right, just above betting buttons as a long horizontal button with the number of seconds remaining in it. You have to press it before your "normal" timebank runs out.

I doubt there was a timebank with this being a satellite.

oh right cheers for that, it might have been there maybe i just didnt see it.

I know I will be playing with "ignore chat" with some players in future. Some of the players didn"t half talk some crap last night after what they percieved as poor play by others. I noticed some players betting 200+ in the first 20 minutes and moaning when they were reraised or outdrawn on the flop. None of them reached the top ten I don"t think so it shows how good they really were. No name and shame yet but maybe I will if they start whingeing about fish again.

Saw a very offensive post on one table last night  that was very un-apat like,,directed at a female player.Didnt recognize the culprit and was wondering if all apat comps should need a password to register as before, then if someone over stepped the mark apat could deal with them as it saw fit ??

I agree that all APAT comps and buy-ins etc should be password protected but any offensive chat should be reported to 888 first via the appropriate channels.

If you have a hand history, you could probably email it to them,

thanks paulie, will be quicker next time and make a note of hand history,i see a lot of offensive stuff on various sites and doesnt bother me one bit,but have never encountered it in any apat comp and it just seemed very out of place

Yeah, we all have different ideas of what is offensive but abuse of any kind should not be tolerated. I can let it wash over me but if someone else reports it, I have no issue with it.

If you wouldn"t say it on this forum, don"t say it in the chat is a pretty simple rule.

By the by, I got some abuse in my first APAT comp on 888poker when I raised with J9o (cos I"m a donkey-fish of course) then called a min-raise, flopped trips and cracked someone"s AA.

Even Scouse was surprised. ;D
