How long in general, do online championships last, as I have work the next day and would like to finish before then  :)

Sleep is for wimps, but skipping work would be for soon-to-be unemployed people

Will depend on how the structure works out and we haven"t played one on 888 yet. Last season, the games typically finished around 01:30ish - and this season we start with same 10k stack (500xBB)..... so anticipate something around 01:30 and you won"t be far off.

I wish I would take this into account before starting tournaments. Currently 2/84 left in the 888 Monday Twins Challenge Royal (whetever that means) that I started playing after donating in the APAT sats. The game has slowed down a helluva lot since the early bust-outs - looks like it"ll go on for ages yet ffs.

Didn"t realise there was anyone there. I guess you saw my QQ lose to his "clever" move with A4. In a bit of trouble now but still got 15BB.

Don"t you just love players who after playing for nearly 5 hours think they"re winning with A 4???

Unlucky with your shove at the end too.... Good move

Played in game last night that started at 8.45. After over 4 hours I finished 12th for a profit of $12 when my AK was no good against AQ. They was still plenty off play left in the game so could see it going on for another 1 / 1 1/2, so you are looking at a 6 hour game for a $10 buy-in    :-\
