Timebank for APAT events
« on: March 21, 2011, 14:44:50 PM »
Just wondering if there is any chance we can have a timebank for future APAT events. I know i tend to play "slightly" slower than most (before anyone else mentions it!) but it seems crazy to me that i can play in a $3 tourney on Stars and get a timebank, with additional time added at the breaks and yet playing in a $50 buy-in APAT tournament every decision has to be made within the normal time. I know Paul Pitchford had issues with this on the final table in the Omaha as well and others have also mentioned it. Not asking for 10 minutes but even the 1 minute that Stars gives you would be an improvement.

Do you a deal Andy. You can have a 1 minute timebank if you start taking less than a minute per decision when playing live :)

Less than a minute live? Takes me a minute just to look at my cards!  :)

There are more complex things going through my mind than you can possibly imagine in a live game.

So, i"ve got 8-4 off suit, now then who"s in the small blind, who"s in the big blind, how many chips have they got, if i get knocked out early what shall i have to drink. Lager? Vodka lime soda? Shall i go out for a fag soon or shall i wait for the break, how long is it before the break? Oooh look a fly. Hmm, i"m hungry, wonder what food they"ll have at the dinner break? Hope it"s not chilli, don"t really like Chilli. Oooh look Maylis, bang tidy. Oooh, there"s Tony T, wonder if he"s been bad beated out yet. Hope he doesn"t go on about it all night. He won a bronze in the stud. Mmmmm, breasts. Club tropicana drinks are freeee, fun and sunshine there"s enough for everyone. God, hate that song, why"s that stuck in my head? Sorry dealer, it"s on me. Oh, i fold.

Bit like this  :)
