If it was the fact that Belfast or Dublin had very few poker players, or had another club right on their doorstep, then it would be a different matter, but neither is the case.
Yes it may be tough to get players to play online, but the league is about giving players an introduction to APAT games and allow them to get involved with the community side of things. Getting to know players local to them, who they then may meet at live events.
I appreciate all the efforts that the captains make to get players to play, which in turn makes there team more competitive in the league, and am aware that it is not always easy to motivate players on a Sunday night.
