Cardiff- Where best to stay?
« on: December 17, 2007, 10:19:02 AM »
I am just wondering if anyone has any recommendations on where to stay in Cardiff for when playing in the tourney next month?

The Future Inn is the nearest hotel, and is very pleasant.

If you"re looking for budget, there"s the ETAP.  It"s about 5 minutes away in the car, or a 20 minute walk.  Very basic rooms, but comfortable and clean.  Watch your arms on the walls though - they"re like sandpaper!

It"s usually done before 1am (if not earlier).

The roads will be clear at that time anyway if you do decide to drive home!

No, but I"m surprised the hotel had any hot water left after you"d finished.  Like a bloody woman getting ready...

As for Geo - you must have me mistaken with someone else.  But I"ll take your word for it on the carpet...

The roads will be clear at that time anyway, apart from the sheep, if you do decide to drive home!

Booked in at Future Hotel.  Didn"t fancy any long walks, cab rides or uncomfortableness.
