Steve Redfern is a man for the ladies.

After his QQ rivering a win against pocket aces earlier, Steve has just popped over to say he"s had

QQ v AA on a Jack High flop

QQ v KK on a Jack High flop

QQ v KK on a Jack High flop

And he"s managed to get away from all three reasonably unscathed, but he is down to 13k

Tell him to pull his finger out!!! Message from the Mrs  ;)

Lee Williams of the Plough shoves 13,000 from the big blind into a 15,000 pot on a board of

A-10-A-2-K

Steve Redfern of the New Talbot is on the button and facing the shove

His face contorts like a Swimming judge facing a fingertip finish in the U11 Race at the Droitwich Baths Gala

He passes, agonised Q-J for the rivered straight

Williams takes pity and shows him A-10 for the flopped house

Another good pass from the shiny headed one.

The Trade Club captain Brian Clarke is out.

All in preflop with QQ versus the TT of Phil Jones from Edgeworth Cricket Club.

A ten on the river puts Phil upto 36k.

Checkmate for Chessman.

I joined the hand with Dave Chessman of The Lord Nelson all in against Aaron Reynolds from The Travellers Rest.

Dave had AT

Aaron had TT

The flop had brought an ace, but the case ten on the turn saw the end for The Lord Nelson player.
