Was wondering the same. Am planning to go to the Birmingham Broadway tonight, but this looks like a great game with 5000 chips and 15 min bilnds..... but only worth staying in for if there is some value over and above standard payout (qualify to a National for example)

....and medals for the top three and Ranking points towards the player of the year prize of an expenses paid entry to the GUKPT grand final worth around $8k, so there is a good deal to play for.

Oh dear, we seem to have someone at my table, namely, EMSjordie222 who is freely dispensing "advice" to all the other players at the table. Funnily enough, he has less chips than everyone else.........

Oh dear. King high flop with me holding Ace/King, called shove, other guy has 10/j and hits a runner/runner straight for a 19000+ pot. Sometimes this game sucks

Kinboshi limps UTG.  I have  jh js in mid position and decide to just call.  HiamChris raises behind me, and Kinboshi goes all-in.   I decide to fold.

Flop  8d  jc  5d  jd  7d

Sometimes i really hate this game.

It prob won"t surprise you to learn that it wasn"t "unlucky" but donk play yet again  ;D
I didn"t give early position pre-flop raiser credit for AK and got aggressive at totally the wrong time.

See you"re doin well tho. Stick in! Wifey and I are rootin fur ye! As for me, I just hope the Harrington book Santa"s bringin is gonna transform me ...
