Vblue- I do understand what you mean. The first couple of APAT events I went to were a little daunting and maybe we need to do somthing about that in future. It took me about 3 tournaments to really understand what its about. If your there to win, and there are people like that, then I dont think you (not you in particular but just people in general) are getting what APAT is about. In my humble opinion APAT is a group of people who like to get together every now and then and have some fun and yes we play poker. But, I can play poker anywhere and I dont have to travel or get a hotel room ect ect. Theres a reason I travel to these events. Because thats exactly what it is " An Event" , I play APAT for the people I have met along the way. There are so many different people that attend these events and yet we all have one thing in common, the love of poker and the love of a good time with friends. Thats it, thats all its about for me really. So push past the first few tournaments where you dont really know many people and dont really get whats going on, hey, weve all been there. It gets better, alot better.
