;/// dont have too much to go on but this level is super agro and loads of bluffs run dodgy calls/ not sure if the play is good or super spewy tbh.... This guy has sat down played quite solid [only got 10 hands with him] opened 2 buttons called 2 raises in pos.. Tbh i think i should lead/fold turn then bet 1/3rd on river or check call check fold

I agree with George because in most cases, my thoughts lead me to believe that the V as a naked Ace and the bet screams "GO AWAY" rather than a value bet.

I don"t pretend to play at these limits but I"m never folding a boat here.

I"m certainly sticking in a decent bet on the turn rather than check calling although I do understand that pot control is a reasonable thought.

Yep, they sure do....and that"s why we need to know the V"s tendencies.

Does he donk-pot with the nuts / near-nuts or value bet?

You have, what, the 5th nuts? I discount AA so effectively you are only beaten by 3 hands...probably only 2 as AK is an outside possibilty.

Like I said, I don"t play this level but for me, I call and if he has it....lesson learned.

Paulie i agree i called + lost [ he had aq] , only thing that bugs me a bit is that its not a very good spot to bluff.

how will u build pots when u have strong hands?
so how long before a half decent oppo twigs what range your check calls on the turn are? what other hands will u check call with?

This is so villian dependant. As played, I"m calling. You"ve under repped your hand hard and you do beat some of his value range.
