HELP PLEASE - Unable to open online DTD account

Hello

I have tried to register an account with DTD online, been through the whole sign-up process and tried to log-in and have got the error message

"We"re sorry but you can only register 3 new users per software installation. Limit exceeded. For any questions regarding your account contact customer support. Support ID - 3214683625. Unable to register customer! Errorcode (117)"

I have had a few Boss Media accounts in the past but only one (Virgin) has been active in the last year or so.

I spoke to the DTD live "Helpdesk" as suggested and they were about as helpful as a claw hammer in the back of the skull and said there was nothing they could do.

Anyone got any suggestions at all please?

It sounds like there is something on the Boss software that logs the number of different skins you have used on that particular PC.

The simplest suggestion I could offer would be to try it on another computer and see if that works.

I registered on my laptop and can now log in on my desktop too.

Most odd.
